Shipping and Returns


  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number when it is shipped.
  • Once you receive your tracking number it is the customer's responsibility to track the order.
  • please allow extra time for processing on special products as indicated on the listing 
  • If you place an order with backordered items we will wait until the backordered item is available and ship all at once. We will email you if this is the case to get your approval.
  • If your package has been scanned but does not show updated delivery information it is your responsibility to check with USPS before contacting us.
  • If your package has been marked as "delivered" but is not in your mailbox please check to see if it was delivered to a neighbor by mistake. If it doesn't show up you will have to check with USPS before contacting us. 




  We offer returns in form of store credit only (no exceptions) as long as you send it back within 15 days after receiving and it is in it's original condition. Make sure to include your packing slip with your order number.

You can use your store credit to purchase something new or a different size as an exchange, or you can give it or sell it to a friend.  

If you are returning something you bought with a discount code, your gift card will be for the discounted price.

  • Just ship it back to us with the carrier of your choice (remember to keep the tracking info in case there are any issues with the shipper
  • All returned items must be in their original packaging and condition that you received them in. If they are not we may charge a 10$ dry-cleaning fee or not accept it.
  • Items marked as final sale are not available for returns. If we receive a final sale item we will not refund it and it will be up to the customer to pay for the shipping to get it back. Please email us at for any further questions
